October 2025 Home Mood Boards

Calming Bedroom Retreat Home Mood Board

It’s time to share what I’ve been posting over on my LTK account! I started this series because I didn’t want you to miss out on free content in case you’re not following along on LTK or Instagram, so I’ll be posting a roundup here on the blog at the end of each month to help inspire your home décor brainstorming. Don’t forget to click all the way through to LTK (links are included in the paragraph explanations below) to get direct linked access to all of the pieces in each collection.

Calming Bedroom Retreat:

I love dreaming about bedroom designs. This type of space is just so personal and arguably the most important room in your home to decorate well. The cosmetic accents you choose to bring into a bedroom will all have a direct impact on the way you sleep and relax, which is vital to a happy life after all. I love the calming blue/green colors in this bedroom retreat design, from the artwork and pillows, to the tabletop accents. Lighting is such a key part of any bedroom plan, too, and I adore this quirky curvy sconce. Shop the entire look here.

Eclectic Office Home Mood Board

Eclectic Home Office:

A home office is another space that you’ve really got to design thoughtfully in order to promote good, productive habits. I’m so drawn to the punchy color palette of this eclectic office space. The area rug grounds the space well with its intricate pattern and bold red and blue color scheme, and the yellow wallpaper practically screams “happy energy,” which so many of us need in order to get through our work days. I rounded this design out with comfy upholstered seating, tech-friendly organizers, and wood furniture—that last one to add back a bit of balancing sophistication. Grab links to everything you see above on my LTK feed this way.

Mid-Century Sunroom Home Mood Board

Mid-Century Sunroom:

I’ve been meaning to add a “Shop Our Home” section to my website, and I thought the best way to do that was to occasionally create individual home mood boards for the rooms in our retro ranch. We’re kicking things off with a roundup of all the accents in our real life sunroom living space. This mood board includes some exact pieces from our sunroom, like the rug, as well as some look-a-like accents that match our vintage pieces, which I can’t physically link to, like a similar mid-century style TV console, table lamp, and blue side chair. Shop the room here!

Modern Coffee Bar Home Mood Board

Modern Coffee Bar:

I gave up coffee shortly after the pandemic started as a way to get better sleep, and it worked, but I have lately been missing that routine. I’m thinking about easing my way back in, although let me know if you’ve tried this yourself and had a bad experience. At any rate, coffee has been on my mind, so I put together a mood board for a modern coffee bar to help inspire me in case I decide to take it back up again. I especially love the patterned blue and cream floor mat that I found, and the tabletop shelving system for corralling smaller utensils and mugs. The wall shelf is a great solution if you don’t have room for a full-scale coffee bar. Shop the entire mood board this way.

Let me know in the comments if you have a specific room or spot in your home that you’d like me to mood board next! I always make sure to prioritize follower requests first, so please do tell what’s on your list of future house projects.
