I just can’t seem to stay away come Thursday! I’m trying so, so hard to give myself a break throughout the week with my two days “off” from blogging Tuesdays and Thursdays, but it’s so hard for me to quell the routine and to stem the urge to overshare. So today, I just HAD to pop in and give you a quick little snapshot of our life lately, plus several cryptic little hints.

First up, I just can’t tell you how obsessed I am with our bar cart. This vintage little beauty hails from a local consignment shop and is one of the most asked-after pieces by you guys. I’ve been snatching up accessories for it right and left whenever we go thrift hunting, and just recently brought home a new set of white and gold glasses. I’m sure I’ll share more on those soon, but I couldn’t wait…Just $8 for all 6!

If you happen to follow me on Instagram, then you’re no stranger to our latest addition, Tonks. This little cross-eyed baby has completely stolen/kidnapped our hearts. She keeps me up all night long with her incessant head butting and rolling purrs, but she’s too cute to ever be mad at. Did I mention that she has a chronic sinus condition that makes her sound like a pug? All the time? Too cute for words. I can’t stop laughing over those photos.

Wanna know a secret? Wanna know why I’ve backed off from posting five days a week to three? Well, it’s a doozy of a life change, but you’re going to have to wait until tomorrow for the official announcement. And no, I’m not pregnant. It’s all a fevish mad dash behind the scenes right now, but somehow (somehow!) my mom, sister and I managed to squeeze in a quick kitchen upgrade, in the form of brand new gr-ite (gray+white) paint color. Details on that next week!
