Home for the Holidays: Printable Check List

At this stage in our lives without any extra mouths to feed (aside from our three furry “kids,” who have no trouble eating us out of house and home on their own), we are lucky that the holidays are a pretty simple affair. We’re also lucky to have both sides of our family within easy driving distance. My parents are a mere 10 minutes away, and John’s are just 20, so our current traditions sans-kids involve very little driving and LOTS of relaxation.

That said, we still have plenty to keep us busy here at home. For whatever reason I really got the holiday decor bug this season, and have been aching to invite the family over to OUR house to celebrate.

To get all of us in the holiday entertaining spirit, I’ve partnered with Havertys to create a special “Home for the Holidays” checklist. Feel free to download the printable PDF and break out those pens. Oh, and don’t hesitate to add a couple of your own personal to-do’s at the bottom, in the blank section!

One last to-do list item? Don’t forget to get your home in tip top shape with refreshed accessories and maybe even a furniture splurge or two! I’ve got my eye on this mid-century inspired accent chair to go with our already much-loved Havertys couch. There’s so much more to choose from right here
