Weekend Inspiration: No.95

DIY Paper Tray

Truth be told, I’m still waiting for my project motivation to kick in now that I’m heading into my fifth week of home isolation, but I’m definitely not without ideas! In case you’re hoping for more inspiration for yourself, keep scrolling to find a clickable list of all sorts of projects to help pass the time. There are DIY tutorials, a new favorite home tour, and even a few order-online craft supplies to consider so that you don’t have to risk leaving the house at all in order to get creative.

Weekend Inspiration: No.95

1. I’m so honored to have been included in this list of 25 Ideas for Creating a Stylish TV Wall over on Apartment Therapy! There are plenty of tips to help spark your own television décor situation.

2. Speaking of lists, this one all about Five Natural Face Masks You Can Make At Home instantly caught my eye. A quick exfoliating face mask has been my absolute favorite relaxation activity lately.

3. If you’re in the mood for a DIY project, this handmade Wooden Dashed Desktop Paper Tray is one of my most-used projects ever! I keep it right next to my computer so I know what bills and letters still need to be addressed during the week.

4. My friend Zenia, of Style It Pretty Home, just launched an Etsy shop for her gorgeous art! I’m in love with her floral and leafy subjects. I can’t wait to choose one for our house.

5. This tiny house tour makes me want to sell everything I own, and live simpler. But maybe I’ll wait until after the quarantine… (wink, wink)

6. Here’s a quick list of my favorite craft supplies available to ship from Amazon to help get you through social distancing: Rub ‘n Buff (great for refinishing frames and mirrors), 6-inch wood circles (to make handmade wall accents or trivet trays), and, finally, a set of test tubes and wood blocks (your homemade plant propagation station starter kit).
